The Chinese animation studio and children’s entertainment business, Winsing is building a portfolio of success in the Asian markets, particularly South Korea, where its hit pre-school property GoGoBus has been listed among the best-selling licensed toys at Toys R Us.

GoGoBus is an animated kids’ series based on social and emotional learning that launched to a suite of major broadcasters in South Korea earlier this year. The series has found success on leading television stations, including CJ Tooniverse, Animax, Daekyo Children’s TV, and Boomerang, where it has seen ‘excellent ratings.’

Meanwhile, GoGoBus’ own YouTube channel continues to surge past two million views and thousands of subscribers since landing on the platform this April.

GoGoBus follows the adventures of an artificially intelligent school bus that can transform into different vehicles to protect the safety of the cast of children on board. Winsing has to date released 156 episodes across China.

The series broadcast success has since been mirrored in the toy aisles at Toys R Us South Korea, where the GoGoBus toy line has become one of the retailer’s top selling SKUs of 2020. Winsing has now confirmed its intentions to bring the IP to the global markets.

Jovian Wu, the overseas sales and marketing manager, Winsing, said: “GoGoBus, as the high-quality IP of China, will drive to more destinations in the future and pass on the fraternity and mutual-aid value to the kids all over the world.”
